Home-made Athlete's Foot Remedy

Ingredients:

  1. one spray bottle
  2. fill it 3/4 full with apple cider vinegar
  3. a few drops ylang-ylang essential oil (actually a lot if you can afford it)
  4. half a bottle of tea-tree oil (small bottle) (or the whole bottle if it's tiny)
  5. garlic granules
  6. there were a few other ingredients that I can't remember but this should do

Instructions:

just mix all this up together and spray it on your clean, dry feet at night at bedtime. If the smell isn't too strong, do it again in the morning before putting on your socks. Hopefully nobody will notice the smell. Keep treating your feet with this and the problem will be gone in no time. It only took a few days to clear up my brother-in-law's feet, but you may have a more severe case. I made this up for him and he loved it. I don't know why men have this issue but it probably has something to do with our cramped-up, indoor lifestyle. I'm not suggesting you start wearing sandals, no, as they look terrible on a guy, but flip-flops are just fine. Anyway now you have no excuse for your fungal infection to linger. You're welcome.
